When the Deal is Closed Won, customers are sent a Customer Form (except for Vietnam which sends the Customer Form at agreement stage). The link to the form can be found at the left side panel of the Deal
If the customers do not submit within 30 days, they will be shown in the report above. Sales will then have another 30 days to reach out to them. If the client still does not submit, the Deal will be moved to Closed Lost.
