How are certification outcomes updated in HubSpot CRM?
Certification outcome updates in HubSpot CRM depend on three checks: whether the survey country is within our nine territory countries, whether the company is certified, and the client type. These checks determine whether the record is out of scope, Dragon fills blank fields, Donkey updates the survey ticket, or CS completes the required playbook and follow-up action.
Applies to
- HubSpot survey tickets for certification outcomes
- Survey countries within our territory: AU, NZ, SG, PH, ID, VN, TH, MY, MM
- Our local clients, GO projects, and GO projects in the non-tech ecosystem
Process
- Check the survey country.
- If the survey country is not within AU, NZ, SG, PH, ID, VN, TH, MY, or MM, the record is out of scope.
- No CRM updates are required.
- If the survey country is within the nine territory countries, check whether the company is certified.
- If the company is not certified, Dragon fills blank HubSpot fields only:
- # Employees (in that country)
- TI score
- Dragon does not overwrite existing values.
- If the company is not certified, Dragon fills blank HubSpot fields only:
- If the company is certified, check the client type.
- Our local clients: Donkey updates the survey ticket with Culture Brief information and sets
CB sync completed = true. - GO project: CS completes the playbook, then Donkey does the rest.
- GO project — non-tech ecosystem: CS completes the playbook, then submits an internal ticket to publish the CERT profile.
- Our local clients: Donkey updates the survey ticket with Culture Brief information and sets
